From a humble beginning in 1991 as a trainee engineer in US Vitamins India Ltd., Mr. Ingavale rose to the ranks of General Manager of Serengeti Breweries (now East African Breweries) in Tanzania before starting Hi-Tech in 2007.
One of the pioneers of the adoption of briquette biomass for industrial steam generation in India, Mr. Ingavale continues innovate and challenge the existing norms in various industries.
